How do I find a new career with Chilli Recruitment?

A registration with Chilli Recruitment includes resume screening, a detailed interview and authorisation of a privacy agreement, enabling you to be considered for our exciting career openings.  An exciting career to you, may be aligned to your skills and qualifications, but also to your interests and long-term goals.

Step 1.

Register your interest in a new career by either calling us, or emailing us with your current resume.  This helps us create a private profile for you in our interactive cloud system and gets you ready for introduction.  If you see a vacancy advertised online, often you’ll be asked to click the APPLY NOW button and this brings your application in front of the manager of the role who will commence the screening process and match your skills with the employer requirements.

Step 2.

If our clients match your skills and attributes for an advertised role, or off-market role, we move fast, so be ready to take a call from us .  We will engage with you over a telephone interview and then move to a face to face meeting either by virtual meeting rooms or in person and is dependent on the job and person location.

Step 3.

Once you are fully registered with us, your CV profile will be delivered to the employer and our superstar Personal Assistant will facilitate interview bookings and employment offers.
